Greek Steak Pitas with Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 C strained plain yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped or grated
- 1 T fresh mint or dill, chopped
- 2-3 cl garlic, finely chopped
- 3 T olive oil
- 1/2 C lemon juice
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1 cl garlic, minced
- 1/4 t dried mustard
- 1 lb flank steak
- 4 ea pitas, sliced in half
- romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/4 C feta cheese
Instructions
- Whisk together the yogurt, cucumber, mint/dill, 1 cl garlic and olive oil. Season to taste, then chill several hours.
- Whisk together the lemon juice, oregano, 1 cl of garlic and mustard. Season to taste, then pour into a large Ziploc bag with the meat and marinate 10 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the Ziploc bag, discard the marinade, and grill the meat until done.
- Slice the meat into 1/4-inch strips, place in pitas, add sauce, lettuce and feta, and serve.
