Greek Steak Pitas with Dill Sauce

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the yogurt, cucumber, mint/dill, 1 cl garlic and olive oil. Season to taste, then chill several hours.
  2. Whisk together the lemon juice, oregano, 1 cl of garlic and mustard. Season to taste, then pour into a large Ziploc bag with the meat and marinate 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the meat from the Ziploc bag, discard the marinade, and grill the meat until done.
  4. Slice the meat into 1/4-inch strips, place in pitas, add sauce, lettuce and feta, and serve.
